Talk to a Design Solutioneer
Next, book a 15-minute Discovery Call with one of our Solutioneers. Chat about what you have in mind and learn how best to make it happen. Learn how our regulatory planning expertise can ease the way for approvals or exemptions and get a ballpark cost for your project.
Visit a Display Centre
Make an appointment with your Solutioneer to experience our PreCrafted designs at a Greenspan Display Centre – either in person or virtually. Explore our designs, size options, architectural elements, and personalisation features, while gaining a sense of space and quality.
Arrange a Design Consultation
This meeting with your Solutioneer brings the possibilities and costs into clearer focus. It can be done virtually or at one of our Display Centres. We’ll guide you through the options for personalising your PreCrafted building. And as your concept takes shape, we’ll be able to establish a firm and transparent proposal, complete with all the information you need to confidently invest.
It can be done virtually, at our Display Centre or at your property (there’s a $150 – $500 fee for property visits, which is deducted from the purchase price).

Invest in Production Drawings
When you are happy with your design choices and have approved your itemised proposal, we ask for a preliminary payment of 10% of the project cost. We then get started on the production drawings, which precisely detail the unique specifications of your PreCrafted building.
Review Your Drawings
Once complete, we share the production drawings with you and talk through any questions or changes you may have.
Address any Planning Requirements
Our Customer Service Team will help you navigate any local planning requirements that might apply to your project, and connect you with third-party specialists if necessary.
Give us the Go Ahead
When you are happy with any design updates and any revised costs (and council approval has been received if required), you can sign off the production drawings.

Invest Wisely
With your production drawings now approved, we ask you to make a payment of 60% of the total investment. The materials and personalised features for your project are purchased and allocated, ready for us to start PreCrafting.
Set the Date
We agree on your preferred despatch date, so our team can start PreCrafting your building to schedule.
Lock in Your Installer
Now that you have a despatch date, it’s time to confirm your installation. Choose to DIY, nominate your own builder, or our Customer Service Team can help you locate an experienced installer in your area.
We’ll provide a detailed briefing to anyone who is not familiar with our system to ensure a smooth install.
PreCrafting Begins
We transfer your drawings into our Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system to precisely cut all the elements of your design. The components are then handcrafted in a series of 50 steps and 20 quality control checks, minimising waste at every point. The Greenspan Way ensures the best outcome for you and our environment.
Know What’s Happening
At every step, we’ll keep you updated on how your project is tracking and when the final QC and building sign-off have been completed.

Double Checking
Prior to delivery, we ask for the 30% balance payment and double check any specific onsite delivery requirements.
It’s Delivered
Your building is carefully packed and delivered to the last point of delivery vehicle access at your site. You’ll also receive your Warranty and Care Guide along with our handy Tips Guide to assist you with next steps.
Up She Goes
Your chosen installer will begin assembly, assisted by a detailed installation guide with clear steps and checklists. If you need to clarify any details, we’re just a phone call away.

Arrange the Fitout
If you’re not completing it yourself, arrange for your tradespeople or installer to paint the exterior and complete the internal fitout to your requirements. Then, all that’s left is to add your personal touch with interior styling and furnishings.
Share Your Flair
We always love seeing how our customers add their personal style to our buildings. If you are happy to share photos of your creative flair, we’d be honoured to feature them on our website as inspiration for others – with your consent, of course.

Delivery Solutions
Your PreCrafted building will be delivered on the day agreed.
If you have a challenging site with restricted or tight access, rest assured, we are well-prepared. Your new ready-to-build space will arrive on the back of a truck to the last point of delivery vehicle access. Whether you are remote, waterfront, cliffside or have any type of site with tricky access conditions, it’s no problem. Simply chat to your Design Solutioneer about how that will be handled.
Installation Solutions
For a fast and efficient build, we can connect you with Greenspan’s experienced partner installers, subject to availability in your area. They can also work with you to ensure the design of the fitout and finish meets the style of space you wish to create. If you prefer to use your own builder, or even choose to DIY, we’ll provide a full briefing and Installation Guide, and will be available by phone for any clarifications.

With legislation differing around the country, navigating council planning approvals and exemptions can be challenging. Our expert Design Solutioneers are here to help guide you through the compliance process and make it as easy as possible for you. As part of the design process, they will talk you through the specific requirements for your project.
FAQs
We understand you might be looking for a quick price, but Greenspan Buildings are anything but standard! Except for our Melwood Mini range, each building is completely personalisable – spanning from 8m² to over 200m², with endless options for cladding, windows, doors, and design features. These choices influence the final cost, making it impossible to provide an exact price upfront.
While we can offer a ballpark figure for a basic structure, connecting with a Design Solutioneer is key to understanding your vision. This allows us to create a detailed, personalised proposal that accurately reflects your unique needs and style. It’s the first step toward building a space that’s truly yours.
In most cases, a site visit isn’t required as we can use technology, including real estate data and Google Earth, to assess your location.
However, if a site inspection is necessary, there’s a $150 – $500 fee for property visits, which is deducted from the purchase price.
We have several Display Centres in Sydney and one in Adelaide. Explore our range of designs, architectural features, and personalisation options while gaining a true sense of space and quality. If you are unable to visit in person, we offer immersive virtual tours that provide an excellent experience.

The cost to complete your building depends on its size and the materials chosen for the fitout and finish. We can provide the RRP for the installation of your selected building, and your chosen builder will confirm the final cost based on your site. Your Design Solutioneer will assist in estimating a budget based on your building selection, preferred fitout, and finish.

Payment is made in three stages. The first stage is 10% of the total project cost, which covers elevation drawings and any required council or engineering plans and reports. Once the plans are approved, a 60% payment is due to cover material orders and the start of PreCrafting. The final 30% is due just before delivery.
